UK orders
International orders
All orders will be sent via Royal mail 1st class or Parcel Force. All items must be signed for to protect both of our interests.

All orders of £10 or less are charged a flat rate of £3.

Orders between £10 and £50 are charged a flat rate of £5.

Orders £50 or over are free.

Please contact me for specific shipping charges to your country. These will not include any additional customs charges or VAT which will be charged at your end. These charges will be in addition to the price of your purchase and international shipping and must be paid independently by the customer.
Returns, refunds & exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with your order. If, for any reason, any ready-made item ordered via this website does not meet your expectations or if you have changed your mind, it can be sent back for an exchange or refund provided the recipient files a returns request 14 days after receiving the order. If approved, you have a further 14 days from the request date to ship the items back to us. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the return. This policy is in keeping with UK Consumer Contracts regulation (formerly Distance Selling regulation).
Before sending back please email us to notify us in writing at info@gnomegirlphotography.co.uk of your return request. Items can only be returned once the request is approved.
Any returned item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received, unused and resalable, taking care to ensure to pack the items carefully to remove the possibility of damage.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the good or proof of received return delivery.
Full refunds or exchanges will be made for items damaged in shipping, but we cannot accept returned items that have been in some way damaged through use. If the item cannot be sold again at full price, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Any Goods made to your specifications or otherwise personalised are not able to be returned.

At this time, we cannot refund return postage or shipping costs. Please note that any outgoing and return postage costs incurred in an exchange or return are at the buyer’s cost. In the case of an international order, local imports costs (taxes and charges) will not be refunded.
